摘要

Abstract

Traditional kaolin was modified by alkali extraction method and it was used as matrix material for preparation of catalytic cracking catalyst.The structure and properties of modified kaolin were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,FTIR and element analysis.The anti-iron contamination performance of the prepared catalyst was studied by heavy oil catalytic cracking.The results indicate that,compared with traditional kaolin,modified kaolin possesse much bigger specific surface area of 158 rn2/g and pore volume of 0.40 m2/g with Al2O3 content increasing to 65.23%(w),which improve the anti-iron contamination performance of the catalyst by increasing the surface acid sites accessibility of the catalyst.In same iron contamination conditions,in contrast with the catalyst using traditional kaolin,the heavy oil conversion,gasoline yield,total liquid yield and light oil yield of catalyst using modified kaolin are increased by 1.94,2.01,2.09,1.24 percent points respectively,dry gas,coke and bottom yields are decreased by 0.17,0.73 and 1.17 percent points respectively.
