体外受精-胚胎移植中与生化妊娠相关因素的分析
Analysis of influencing factors of biochemical pregnancy after IVF/ICSI

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of the biochemical pregnancy after IVF/ICSI-ET.Methods:The data of 68 biochemical pregnancies and 307 intrauterine pregnancies in IVF/ICSI-ET cycles from January 2014 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The general conditions and the assisted pregnancy related indexes of the two groups were compared.The influencing factors of biochemical pregnancy were screened by univariate regression logistic analysis.Results:There was no significant difference in general conditions and the assisted pregnancy related indexes between the two groups (P＞0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female age,subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) and fertilization method were the influencing factors of biochemical pregnancy (P＜0.05).The elder women with SCH who did not be treated or were still abnormal after treatment were more prone to biochemical pregnancy after ICSI treatment.Conclusions:The thyroid function tests should be paid attention to,SCI should be timely corrected before IVF/ICSI-ET,and ICSI indications should be strictly controlled.The elder patients need more attention to improve the quality of oocytes.All the measures will help reduce the incidence of biochemical pregnancy.关键词
