Advances in regulation mechanism of decidual macrophages at maternal-fetal interface
摘要
Abstract
The formation and maintenance of the immune state at the maternal fetal interface is the key to establishment and smooth progress of the pregnancy process.The decidual immune cells play an important regulatory role.In the decidual tissue of early pregnancy,macrophages (decidual macrophages,dMφ) are changed from M φ1 to Mφ2 phenotype.Decidual macrophages play anti-inflammatory and phagocytic effect,regulate the local immune function of the decidual,and participate in the regulation of embryo implantation and pregnancy maintenance process.关键词
