摘要

Abstract

This paper presented the culture conditions for the asymbiotic germination of Oreorchispatens(Lindl.)Lindl.seeds and the morphology change during germination.Methods:The effcet of different ratios of 6-BA,NAA on development pathway of corm,salt strength of MS medium and light intensity on germination of seeds were observed,The morphology change was also investigated during seed germinating.Dark condition was suitable for seeds germination,the optimum medium for seeds germination was MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 2.0mg/L,the germination process was divided into 6 stages:embryonic cell absorption water and swell stage,heart-shaped embryo stage,torpedo-shape stage,cotyledon embryo stage,protocorm formation stage and corm formation stage.
