Optimization of the Extraction Process for Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and Lotus Seeds in Soft Capsules on Sleep Improvement by Orthogonal Test

Abstract
In this paper,using the weight of ethanol extract,the amount of prescription samples containing schisandrin and Liensinine as indicator,to optimization the extraction technology of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and lotus seeds in Soft Capsules on Sleep Improvement,and carries on the correlation analysis.The optimal extraction technology was as follows:ethanol concentration in 70％,extraction times in 3,add amount of alcohol in 4 times,extracting time in 3h.The experiment can provide the extraction method for the industrial production of Chinese medicinal preparation,which is based on the Chinese herbal medicine of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and lotus seeds.关键词
