莽吉柿胶囊的药效学研究

Abstract
To investigate the effects of Mangosteen Capsule on the lipid liver fat content and hemorrheology in rabbits with hyperlipidemia.The rabbits were divided into 6 teams,including normal control group;hyperlipidemia model group;low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group of Mangosteen Capsule (30mg/kg,60mg/kg,120mg/kg),and Xuezhikang Capsule-treated group.The rabbits in normal control were fed with normal fodder,other rabbits were given high cholesterol feed,for six weeks.The animals were weighed after administration once weekly;took the blood by ear vein every two weeks and tested the contentss of TC/HDL-C,TC and LDL-C in serum.After administration,took the blood of rabbits by heart and detected the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit;and the contentss of TC and TG in hepatic tissue.Compared with normal control,the contentss of LDL-C,TC and TC/HDL-C in serum of rabbits in model group increased,and there was significant difference;in comparison with model group,the low whole blood viscosity,high whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity all decreased,in low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group of Mangosteen Capsule;the high whole blood viscosity and hematocrit declined obviously;the contents ofTC,LDL-cho,TC/HDL-cho and TG in serum decreased as well;the contents of TC and TG in liver decreased,which led to the remarkable decrease of liver coeeficient.The contents of TC/HDL-C decreased significantly,which is better than Xuezhikang Capsule-treated group (P < 0.05).The prophylactic administration of Mangosteen capsule can inhibit the formation of experimental hyperlipidaemia in rabbit significantly.,and improve the characteristics of hemorheology of experimental hyperlipidaemia rabbit.关键词
