山楂沙棘片对小鼠通便功能实验研究
Effect of Hawthorn and Sea-buckthorn Tablet on Defecation Function in Mice
摘要
Abstract
To observe the effect of Hawthom and Sea-buckthom Tablet (HST) on defecation function and small intestine movement function in mice.Experiment of defecation and mall intestine movement's rats were both randomly divided into six groups which were control group,model group,positive group,HST high-dose group,HST middle-dose group and HST low-dose group.All the groups of two experiments were both given by gavage once a day for7 days.After last time of gavage administration,all the group were fasting for solid.The defecation function experiment's groups were given loperarnide 10mg/kg by gavage administration after fasting for 20 hours.Waiting for 30 minutes,all the group were given carbo medicinalis which contains corresponding test sample by gavage administration.Determined the time of defecating first black stool,the particle numbers and weights of stool.The small intestine movement experiment's groups were given loperamide 5mg/kg by gavage administration after fasting for 20 hours.Waiting for 30 minutes,all the group were given carbo medicinalis which contains corresponding test sample by gavage administration.Execute the rats after precise timing 25minutes,calculate the carbo medicinalis pro pulsive rate.Compared with model group,HST high-dose and middle-dose groups could shorten the time of defecating first black stool and increase the particle numbers and weights of stool obviously,enhance the carbo medicinalis pro pulsive rate obviously.HST has an evident effect on defecation function.关键词
