Abstract
An analytical method based on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)has been established for the simultaneous determination of 3 benzalkonium chloridehomologs in mucosa disinfectants.The HPLC separation was carried out on a CN(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)column,the mobile phase were acetonitrile-0.1％ammonium acetate buffer solution(45 ∶ 55,v/v),the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,the detection wavelength was 214 nm,the column temperature was 25 ℃C,and the injection volume was 20μL.The limit of detection was 1301μg/g and the quantitation limit was 435μg/g for benzalkonium chloride.The linear range ofbenzalkonium chloride was 5μg/mL-200μg/mL.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the determination of 3 benzalkonium chloride homologs in Oral ulcer paste.关键词
