Abstract
To establish the method of HPLC for determination ofphillyrin in Xiao'er Ganmao Granule,and provide the basis for the quality control of industrial production.The method of HPLC was developed to determine phillyrin in Xiao'er Ganmao Granule.The developed conditions of HPLC were as follows:the Shimpack VP-ODS C18(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2％ phosphoric acid solution(22 ∶ 78),the detection wavelength was at 277nm,and the column temperature was 40℃.The linear range of phillyrin is 0.207μg/mL-2.277μg/mL.The regression equation is:Y=-7798.5+371 262X,r=0.9998.The average recovery is 98.2％,and the RSD is 2.15％ (n=6).The RSD,in accuracy,stability and repeatability test,were 1.27％,1.27％ and 2.34％,respectively.The content of phillyrin in Xiao'er Ganmao Granule was limited not less than lmg per one packet under the developed condition.This method is accurate,simple and reliable,which provide the basis for the quality control ofXiao'er Ganmao Granule.关键词
