Comparison of four Kinds of Monomer Saponin Contents Rg1, Re, Rb1,Rb2 of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.and Panax quniqueofuils L.in Different Growth Periods

Abstract
Four kinds of monomer saponin contents of Panax ginseng and American ginseng in different growth periods were determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the content of ginseng root saponins Rg1,Rb2 were higher than American ginseng,while Re,Rb1 less than American ginseng root in the same year with the growth.The content of ginseng root saponins Re,Rb1,Rb2 of 3-year-old with the same growth periods were more than 2 years old,and Rg1,Rb1,Rb2 of 3 years old red fruit ginseng were lower than the 3-year-old green fruit of ginseng root.The content of American ginseng root saponins Rg1,Rb1 of 3-year-old red fruit were more than 3 years old green fruit,while Re,Rb2 of 3 years old red fruit were lower than the 3-year-old green fruit,and the saponins Rg1,Rb1,Rb2 were more than 2-year-old American ginseng red fruit.关键词
