摘要

Abstract

The content of triterpene acid in Ganoderma tsugae of Jilin produced was determined by vanillin-perchloric acid colorimetry.The results of triterpene acid determination showed that the maximum content of woodlog medium imitatingwild cultivation G.tsugae was 1.26%,the content ofwoodlog medium greenhouse cultivation G.tsugae was 0.95%,and the content of sawdust medium greenhouse cultivation G.tsugae was 0.57%.
