Abstract
The content determination method of total flavonoids (TFs) in leaves extracts of Rosa davurica Pall.was established.Aluminium trichloride-acetic acid/sodium acetate buffer solution chromogenic method was applied to determine the content of TFs at the wave length of 405 nm using rutin as reference substance.The average content of TFs in extracts ofR.davurica Pall.leaves was 10.06％.The content of TFs has shown good linear relationship in the range of 3.84μg/mL-23.02μg/mL(R=0.9998).The average recovery yield and RSD ofTFs were100.64％ and 1.68％ respectively.The determination method offered in the paper is characterized with quick,accuracy and easy operation which is fit for the content determination of TFs in extracts ofR.davurica Pall.leaves.关键词
