疏肝健脾法治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效研究
Study on treating patients of functional dyspepsia with Shugan Jianpi decoction
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the treatment of soothing liver and invigorating spleen method as the basic idea on the curative effect of functional dyspepsia. [Methods] The inclusion of 87 patients were randomly divided into experimental group 43 cases and control group of 44 cases, the experimental group was treated by Xiaoyao pills addition and subtraction oral. The control group was given omeprazole treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment using the SPSS 19.0 statistical software will be two groups of clinical symptom integral, the overall symptom score, syndrome integral analysis and comparison. [Results] The prescription of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on improving main symptoms of clinical patients had a good effect on abdominal pain, fullness, early satiety, epigastric burning sensation (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Follow-up, upper abdominal pain, fullness, epigastric burning sensation of relief effect of Chinese test group ware superior to the control group continued (P<0.05). And in comparison with Western medicine treatment, we found that theexperimental group in the main symptoms, syndromes overall efficacy of patients than that in control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Shugan Jianpi therapy makes good curative effect on functional dyspepsia.关键词
