三伏贴联合督脉灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect observation on the treatment of congealing cold and blood stasis of dysmenorrhea by mid-summer patches combined with governor meridian moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observed the clinical curative effect of congealing cold and blood stasis of dysmenorrhea by mid-summer patches combined with governor meridian moxibustion. [Methods] The 80 cases with syndrome of congealing cold and blood stasis of dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given mid-summer patches combined with governor meridian moxibustion. The control group was taken Leonuri granules, and the clinical curative effect was observed. [Results] In the 40 cases of treatment group, 10 cases were cured, and 18 cases were markedly effective, and 10 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 95％. In the 40 cases of the control group, and 4 cases were cured, and 8 cases were markedly effective, and 15 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 67.5％. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05) which indicates that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) which indicates that the mid-summer patches combined with governor meridian moxibustion and drug therapy were both effective and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The clinical curative effect of congealing cold and blood stasis of dysmenorrhea by mid-summer patches combined with governor meridian moxibustion is exact, simple and safe. And its cost-effective, conformed to the Chinese medicine concept of"prevent disease". It should be vigorously promoted.关键词
