参竹精片治疗肾阴虚型慢性疲劳综合征疗效观察
Observation on the clinical curative effect of the Shenzhujing tablet for the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type

Abstract
[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenzhujing tablets for the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type. [Methods] Screening chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type diagnostic criteria and the set of conditions of 102 cases of patients, to take the Shenzhujing tablets 1 treatment course (4 weeks), with kidney yin deficiency type rating scale before and after medication, fatigue scale (FS-14) score, SF-36 scale score of curative effect, the record of each scale indicators before and after medication, and the clinical curative effect of judgment standard for clinical effect assessment. [Results] The Shenzhujing tablets treatment can obviously reduce the patients with kidney yin deficiency type scale total score, primary symptom integral and time points (P<0.01). It can obviously decrease fatigue scale for patients with total scores and body fatigue (P<0.01) and increase the SF36 scale latitude physiological function, physiological functions of latitude, body pain, social function, energy latitude integral (P<0.01). The 24 cases were markedly improved in 102 patients, and 70 cases were effeciency, 8 cases were inefficiency. The total effective rate was 92.15％. [Conclusion] The Shenzhujing tablets can obviously improve patients' fatigue, body aches, body fatigue. It has better clinical curative effect for chronic fatigue syndrome in kidney yin deficiency type.关键词
