摘要

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for the contents determination of the flavin and the rhubarb in Runtong tea.Methods:HPLC method was used to determine the flavin and rhubarb in Runtong tea,the column was InertSustain C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methyl alcohol-0.1% phosphoric(70:30),the detection wavelength was set at 254 mm,the flow rate was 1 ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 20 μl.Results:The linear range were 1.21~24.11 μg/ml(r=0.9999894)、4.8~101.3μg/ml(r =0.9999522) for flavin and rhubarb respectively.The correspondingaverage recovery rate were 98.42 % (RSD =0.86 %,n =9) and 98.63 % (RSD =0.70 %,n =9).Conclusion:HPLC method is rapid,accurate and with good reproducibility,which can be used as quality control for Runtong tea.
