摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics of MRI and clinical manifestations of adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD),and evaluate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of the disease.Methods:Nineteen cases with ALD diagnosed by MRI and laboratory and clinical manifestation were restropectively analyzed.Results:The lesions were distributed in the posterior corner of the bilateral lateral ventricle.The lesion was composed of the following 5 cases,which were mainly involved in the development of occipital,parietal,temporal lobe,corpus callosum,thalamus,brainstem and cerebellar hemisphere.Conclusion:MRI not only can accurately reflect the location of the lesion,range and extent of lesions,but also can monitor the progress of the disease.It has important guidance value in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early detection,diagnosis and treatment.关键词
