摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum galectin 3 (Gal-3),interleukin-17 (IL-17),interleukin-35 (IL-35),anti thyroglobulin antibody (anti-TgAb) levels in patients with thyroid carcinoma. Methods:A total of 129 patients with thyroid carcinoma admitted from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as thyroid carcinoma group, then 40 cases with thyroid adenoma were selected as the control group. The serum levels of Gal-3,IL-17,IL-35,anti-TgAb,and thyroid carcinoma patients according to the pathological results of the subgroup analysis were detected and compared. Results:The serum Gal-3,IL-17 and anti-TgAb levels in thyroid carcinoma group were higher than those in the control group, the serum level of IL-35 were lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The serum Gal-3,IL-17,anti-TgAb in papillary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid follicular carcinoma patients were lower than that of undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma, and serum level of IL 35 was higher than that in undifferentiated thyroid carcinoma, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The serum Gal-3,IL-17 and anti-TgAb in papillary thyroid carcinoma patients were lower than those in follicular thyroid carcinoma patients, the serum IL-35 level was higher than that in follicular thyroid carcinoma patients, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum Gal-3,IL-17,IL-35,anti-TgAb in patients with thyroid carcinoma are significantly changed, and has certain relationship with the pathological types. It has certain reference value for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis.关键词
