C13呼气试验及荧光定量PCR法在体检中心幽门螺杆菌检测中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare application value of C13 breath test and fluorescence quantitative PCR on detection of helicobacter pylori in the physical examination center.Methods:Seventy-six patients were choosen with gastroscopy examination from November 2014 to January 2015,and were taken gastric mucosal tissue for fluorescence quantitative PCR and C13 breath test on detection of helicobacter pylori.Results:C13 breath test and fluorescence quantitative PCR detection of helicobacter pylori positive rate were 64.47％(49/76) and 65.79％ (50/76),negative rate were 35.53％ and 34.21％ respectively,the difference had no statistical significance (P＞0.05).Two methods had a good correlation (P＜0.05).Conclusion:C13 breath test and fluorescence quantitative PCR detection of helicobacter pylori has a similar positive rate and negative rate,and has good correlation.But the C13 breath test has low cost,noninvasive,and the advantage of short detection time,more worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
