Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the expression of adrenomedullin (ADM),endothelin-1(ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) in patients with hypertensive disorders pregnancy (HDP),and to investigate the clinical significance.Methods:Seventy-seven patients with HDP were divided into hypertension group (n =25),mild preeclampsia group (n =24) and severe preeclampsia group (n =28) according to the different levels of illness severity.Thirty cases of normal pregnant women were selected as normal pregnancy group,30 cases of normal non-pregnant women were selected as control group. The levels of serum ADM,ET-1 and NO were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results:The expression level of serum ADM,ET-1 of HDP group and normal pregnancy group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05),and the expression level of serum NO was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).The expression level of serum ADM,ET-1 of HDP group were significantly higher than those of normal pregnancy group, and the expression level of serum NO was significantly lower than that of normal pregnancy group (P<0.05).With the severity of disease gradually increase, the expression level of serum ADM,ET-1 of HDP patients significantly increased (P<0.05),and the expression level of serum NO decreased significantly(P<0.05).The expression level of ET-1 was positively correlation to the expression level of serum ADM (r=0.752,P<0.05),and negative correlation to the expression level of NO(r=-0.642,P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of serum ADM,ET-1 and NO is helpful for early diagnosis of HDP and judging the severity of the disease, and has a high clinical value.关键词
