多发性肋骨骨折手术内固定与非手术固定的临床疗效研究
Comparative study of internal fixation and non-surgical method on fracture of multiple ribs

Abstract
Objective:To compare the outcomes of fracture of multiple ribs treated by internal fixation and non-surgical method.Methods:Sixty-two patients with fracture of multiple ribs in our unit from January 2014 to February 2017 were divided into internal fixation treatment group(n =32) with TiNi shape memory alloy embracing fixator and non-surgical group(n =30),and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The mean time of hospital stay,ICU stay,mechanical ventilation and off-bed was significantly shorter,and the prevalences of chest wall deformity,pulmonary infection,pulmonary atelectasis and respiratory failure were significantly lower in internal fixation treatment group than those in non-surgical group (P＜0.05).Three months after discharge,the pulmonary function parameters such as forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and maximal voluntary ventilation (MVV) were significantly higher in internal fixation treatment group than those in non-surgical group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Internal fixation is a more effective method than non-surgical treatment with fracture of multiple ribs,and has some short and long-term benefits.关键词
