Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory on the rehabilitation of shoulder joint replacement surgery.Methods:Seventy-two cases of patients who were treated by shoulder replacement surgery from July 2010 to July 2015 were selected.According to the order of hospitalization,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group was 36 cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.The psychological status,knowledge and mastery of disease,patient satisfaction and Neer score of shoulder joint function recovery were compared in the two groups.Results:The anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05),the degree of disease related knowledge and satisfaction with the medical care,Neer score of shoulder joint function recovery were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in rehabilitation nursing of patients with shoulder joint replacement,can promote patients physical and mental rehabilitation,help patients to rehabilitation training,improve the health care satisfaction,promote the harmonious development of the relationship between doctors and patients.关键词
