Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of the lumbar sympathetic ganglion block guided by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the treatment of lower limbs paresthesia.Methods:A total of 132 patients with lower limbs paresthesia during July 2013 and July 2015 were selected and treated with lumbar sympathetic ganglion block guided by DSA.The improvements of affected limbs paresthesia were compared before and after treatment,the one-time sucess rate of puncture and effective rate were analyzed.Results:The one-time success rate of puncture was 92.42％ and the effective rate was 71.97 ％,lumbar sympathetic nerve block efficient was 94.70％.Conclusion..Lumbar sympathetic nerve block guided by DSA is accurate positioning in the treatment of patients with abnormal sensation of the lower extremity,can enhance the success rate of puncture,safety of operation and patients'symptoms.关键词
