Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mechanism and clinical effect of almagate combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of stress ulcer severe traumatic brain injury.Methods:A total of 100 cases stress ulcer severe brain injury patients in our hospital 2012-2016 were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in each group.All patients were treated with craniotomy,nutritional support.The experimental group was given lansoprazole 15 mg and almagate 15 mg,three times a day for 7 days;the control group was given almagate 15 mg,three times a day for 7 days.Clinical efficacy,the gastric acid secretion changes,and untoward effect were observed during administration.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88％,significantly higher than that of control group 78％.Gastric acid levels in patients showed significant improvement,and gastric acid pH in experimental group was also higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in two groups in treatment.Conclusion:Almagate combined with lansoprazole has a high clinical value and can rise the gastric acid pH level,repair gastric mucosal,has a good clinical efficacy in treatment of stress ulcer after severe craniocerebral injury.关键词
