部队干休所离休老干部心理障碍分析及对策
Analysis and countermeasures of psychological disorder of retired cadres in army cadres' sanitarium

Abstract
Objective:To analyze correlation psychological barriers and the quality of life of retired veteran cadres,and to explore the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:A total of 387 cases of retired army cadres were investigated by self-rating depression scale (SDS) questionnaire survey and quality of life scale of WHO.Results:The mean score of SDS was (54.7±7.8).There were no depression in 91 cases,mild depression in 214 cases,moderate depression in 82 cases,severe depression in 0 cases,a total of depression in 296 cases,the incidence rate of depression was 76.49％.The scores of all 387 subjects in the psychological field were lower than that of the norm in our country,and the difference was significant (P＜0.05).There was a significant difference between the 3 types of depression scores in the 5 areas (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The psychological obstacles of the retired veteran cadres in the higher rate,quality of life and mental disorders which is closely related to the field of psychology.关键词
