具有双重荧光发射的碳量子点的制备及其荧光起源探讨
Preparation of carbon quantum dots with dual emissionand their fluorescence origin
摘要
Abstract
Three kinds of carbon quantum dots(CQDs) are prepared by refluxing activated carbon in HNO3 with different concentration.The photoluminescence(PL) spectra of the CQDs shows obvious dual emission structure,that is,the blue emission does not move with the change of the excitation wavelength,but the long wavelength emission moves obviously.According to the micro structure of active carbon,the formation mechanism of CQDs is presented.Then,through detailed morphology and spectroscopy characterization,the origins of the blue emission and the long wavelength emission are analyzed.关键词
