密点麻蜥与荒漠麻蜥间渐渗杂交的形态证据
The morphological evidence of introgressive hybridizationbetween Eremias multiocellata and E.przewalskiis
摘要
Abstract
In order to clear the hybridization between Eremias multiocellata and E.prezewalskiis,we distinguish the samples from ten locations and use the one-way ANOVA and the principal component analysis from morphological view.The results show that the hybrids which from overlapping areas of E.multiocellata and E.przewalskiis,are similar in the eye spots and the black stripes,as well as the same reproductive mode to E.multiocellata.However,the results of the one-way ANOVA analysis and the principal component analysis with 8 morphological traits show that there is no significant morphological differences between the hybrids and E.przewalskiis.The introgressive hybridization is morphologically verified between E.multiocellata and E.prezewalskiis.关键词
