CD105、BMP9在绒癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义
Expressions and clinical significance of CD105 and BMP9 in choriocarcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions of CD105 and BMP9 in choriocar-cinoma and to analyze the relationships between clinical and pathological characteristics. Meth-ods:From Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2015,41 paraffin imbedded tissue specimens which included 8 specimens without therapy ( initial treatment group) and 33 after chemotherapy ( chemotherapy group) ,were confirmed choriocarcinoma histologically. The expressions of CD105 and BMP9 in two groups were examined and the relationships between expressions and clinical pathological features were evaluated. Results:In initial treatment group,the expressions of CD105 in cyto-trophoblasts and syncytiotrophoblasts were intense positive, and in intermediate trophoblasts were negative to weakly positive. The expressions of BMP9 in intermediate trophoblasts were in-tense positive and in cytotrophoblasts and syncytiotrophoblasts were moderate positive. After chemotherapy,the expressions of CD105 and BMP9 were weakened similarly. CD105 and BMP9 expression levels were significantly correlated with recurrence,and had no correlation with age,β-HCG or metastasis. In cytotrophoblasts and syncytiotrophoblasts, the expression of CD105 were significantly positive correlated with BMP9 ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:The expressions of CD105 and BMP9 were reduced after chemotherapy,and the expression level may be useful in-dicators for predicting chemo-resistant and poor prognosis.关键词
