Abstract
Objective:To set up animal models of endometriosis and explore the effect of PRL-3 inhibitor on endometriotic lesions of SD rats. Methods:36 female SD rats were auto-transplanted by endometrium to induce endometriosis. Epithelial and stromal tissues were con-firmed by immunohistochemistry in the ectopic lesions. The rats were divided into four groups by intraperitoneal injection of PRL-3 inhibitor,according to different concentrations:control group (0mg/kg),low dose group (0. 1mg/kg),middle dose group (1mg/kg) and high dose group (10mg/kg). The ectopic lesions were analyzed and compared after the treatment of PRL-3 in-hibitor. Results:Compare the post-administration with the pre-administration,ectopic lesions of control group were significantly extended (P<0. 05),while lesions of high-dose group were sig-nificantly atrophic(P<0. 05),and no obvious difference were observed in low- and mid-dose groups. The ectopic lesions of high dose group were significantly lower than that of the control group after administration ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:SD rats model of endometriosis is suitable for the study of endometriosis in vivo,which is operable,reproducible and low cost. A certain concentration of PRL-3 inhibitor can suppress the development of ectopic lesions of SD rats model of endometriosis. There may be the potential value of the PRL-3 inhibitor in the targeted therapy of endometriosis.关键词
