Abstract
In order to develop a new approach of recycling waste fibers, heat-insulation flame-retardant composites were prepared with waste fiber as reinforcing material and TPU as basis material by blending-plasticating hot-pressing.The optimal technological parameters were obtained by means of range and variance analysis of coefficient of heat conduction and tensile strength: 15% fiber, 2% foaming agent (azodicarbonamide (AC)), 20% flame retardant (ammonium polyphosphate (APP)), 3% expansion vermiculite (EVMT), 175 ℃(hot-pressing temperature), 1MPa (hot pressing pressure), 0.5% silane coupling agent (KH550).Given the optimal technological parameters, the coefficient of heat conduction of heat-insulation flame-retardant composites made from waste fiber and thermoplastic polyurethane is 0.159 W/ (m·K), the tensile strength is 2.17MPa and the limit oxygen index is 30.27%.关键词
