摘要
Abstract
A new-type clothing pressure testing device was developed on the basis of Flexiforce sensor.Data calibration was carried out by loading 1V drive voltage and 100 kΩ reference resistor and measuring the output voltage of the Flexiforce sensor and the MCP6004 four-channel precision op-amp circuit.The results show that the calibrated data of the Flexiforce sensor and amplifier is of high accuracy as long as the pressure load on the sensor is within the range limit;the output voltage has linear fitting relationship with the load on the sensor, of which determination coefficient R2 of the fitting curve is 0.987 65;the resistance of the sensor has nonlinear inverse fitting relationship with the load thereon.The fitting curve highly coincides with the measured data curve.Thus, the clothing pressure testing system is of high feasibility.关键词
