Abstract
According to the troubleshooting course of a common fault case of Siemens Primus Linear Accelerator Multi-leaf Collimator (MLC) interlock fault, this paper can offer reference for the maintenance of linear accelerator. The leaves were inspected one by one to find the cause of the malfunction, then, the drive gear positions of the blades were interchanged and one wear pads with thickness of 1.5 mm were placed between the blade gear to reduce moving clearance caused by bearing damage. MLC runs normally within one year inspection, this method is feasible for such malfunction, and can reduce the maintenance cost.关键词
