摘要
Abstract
Supply chain costs of medical consumables have numerous types and some costs are difficult to measure. To reduce and optimize the supply chain costs, the study developed the model to minimize the supply chain costs from explicit and implicit costs by using total cost of ownership (TCO) theory. Finally, through the numerical analysis, a more optimal management policy was gotten. Thus the cost was reduced, which had some valuable significance in theory and practice to the cost management of hospital.关键词
