Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of coenzyme Q10 combined with statins on cardiac function and TNF-α,IL-6,BNP in chronic heart failure.Methods 92 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected,who were treated in department of cardiology of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to October 2016,and they were divided into observation group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases).The patients of two groups were all treated with routine treatment,including beta receptor inhibitors,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,diuretics,and cardiac drugs.The patients of control group were treated with rosuvastatin.Based on the treatment of the control group,the patients of observation group were treated with coenzyme Q10.Observe and compare the clinic effect and changes of heart function index,TNF-α,IL-6,BNP levels of the two groups.Results After the appropriate treatment,the patients of the observation group got a total effective rate of 93.5％,which was significantly better than the 78.3％ of the control group (χ2=4.390,P=0.036);The LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD levels of two groups were all significantly improved,and the improvement in the observation group was more significant (t=7.230,t=3.875,t=4.620,P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000);The TNF-α,IL-6,BNP levels of two groups were all significantly decreased,and the decline in the observation group was more significant (t=4.792,t=7.542,t=46.008,P=0.000,P=0.000,P=0.000).Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of chronic heart failure can achieve good clinical results,significantly improve the patient's heart function and inflammatory mediators,which has important clinical significance and deserves promotion.关键词
