摘要

Abstract

[Purpose] In this study,the preliminary study on the glycosyltransferase gene OrGT1 (t) in wild rice was carried out,which laid a solid foundation for the further exploration of the synthesis and function of xyloglucan in monocotyledonous plants.[Method] A glycosyltransferases gene OrGT1 (t) was cloned from Oryza rufupogon using homologous cloning methods.[Results] Sequence analysis revealed that the gene has a conservative Glyco-transf-34 domain,belonging to the Glyco-transf-34 gene falimy.Phylogenetic analysis showed that OrGT1 may be a xyloglucan xylosetransferase geneinvolve in xyloglucan synthesis.RT-qPCR analysis indicated that the OrGT1 expressed in all checked organs,including the root,stem,leaf and spike in O.rufupogon.But the transcriptional quantity was different among the organs,and there were the highest expression quantity in the stem and the lowest in the root.[Conclusion] The OrGT1 gene is a high degree of functional conservation in the evolutionary process,suggesting that the OrGT1 (t) gene may be a xyloglucanase gene involved in xyloglucan synthesis,the results lay a good foundation for further exploring the function of the OrGT1 gene.
