摘要

Abstract

Due to the variety of the principles and influence factors in the hydraulic piping arrangement,it is very complicated and difficult to implement the layout of hydraulic pipeline terminals.Through the summarization of the common connection modes of pipelines,a corresponding parametric model is established in Pro/E.The function in the toolbox Protoolkit is used to extract and assign the size information of pipe by redeveloping Pro/E with C programming language to generate pipeline entities and realize automatic modeling of the commonly used connection modes.The library of pipe joints is improved and the pipe clamp library is created,and the standard of the pipe clamp layout is integrated into the software to realize the automatic arrangement.The statistical function of the component is designed to analyze pipe joints and clamps for the convenience of the follow-up works.The process of the pipeline layout is simplified and the degree of automation is improved.The software realized rapid design of the hydraulic pipeline system.
