摘要
Abstract
A high-pressure air reducing valve is developed based on the system requirements.According to standard specifications,types of tests of the valve are carried out in this study,such as dynamic and static sealing,pressure regulating performance,pressure characteristic and discharge characteristic.Results of the tests show that the valve could match the system requirements in aspects of pressure reducing,stability of pressure regulating and flow performance.Moreover,flow rate of the pressure reducing valve is calculated on the basis of some relevant technical manuals.A big difference is obtained between the computed results and engineering experiences,so the further analysis and experiment is taken by experiment.Furthermore,aiming at outlet pressure of the valve continuously incresasing in use,we analyze the malfunction of the valve based on the structure and sealing characteristics,and propose some specific improving suggestions.关键词
