拉萨市高中生结核病防治知识、态度的问卷调查
Investigation on knowledge, attitude and practice of tuberculosis prevention and control among senior high school students in Lhasa

Abstract
By stratified cluster random sampling method, from September to October 2016,729 students from 6 senior high schools in Lhasa were taken to conduct a questionnaire survey.A total of 750 questionnaires were sent out and 729 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaire contents included general situation, the tuberculosis (TB) control knowledge, attitude and practice, channels of access to TB control knowledge, etc.The overall awareness rate of TB knowledge was 45.7% (2450/5360), and the awareness rate of all TB knowledge was only 1.5% (11/729).The rate with positive attitude to TB was 60.4% (2640/4374).Han students' knowledge score (4.0 (3.0,5.0)) was higher than Tibetan students' (3.0 (2.0,5.0)), and the difference was statistically significant (Z=2.74, P<0.01).Second grade students scored (3.0 (2.0,5.0)) on knowledge was lower than that in grade one (4.0 (2.0,5.0)) and grade three students (4.0 (2.0,5.0)), and the difference was statistically significant (Z=7.05, P=0.030).The knowledge score of students in cities (4.0 (3.0,5.0)) was higher than rural students (3.0 (2.0,5.0)) and students in pastoral area (3.0 (1.0,4.0)), and the difference was statistically significant (Z=25.61, P<0.01).Han students TB attitude score (4.0 (3.0,5.0)) was higher than Tibetan students (4.0 (3.0,4.0)), and the difference was statistically significant (Z=2.17, P=0.030).The attitude score of student in cities (4.0 (3.0,5.0)) was significantly higher than rural students (4.0 (3.0,4.0)) and students in pastoral areas (3.0 (3.0,4.0)) (Z=28.48, P<0.01).The main source of knowledge of TB prevention and control was "TV (54.3%)", the most popular anti-TB promotional material was "picture-based promotional materials (32.2%)".The awareness rate of TB prevention and control knowledge and attitude of senior high school students in Lhasa, Tibet are low, and it is necessary to further strengthen the TB health education and popularize TB prevention and control knowledge in students.关键词
