Survey on Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Intervention Strategies
目的 调查老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的生活质量,分析其影响因素,提出有针对性的干预对策,改善患者生活质量.方法 2015年1-12月采用便利抽样方法抽取宁夏人民医院呼吸科门诊接诊的符合纳入标准的COPD患者150例,采用一般资料问卷、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)对患者进行调查,并检测患者营养状况和肺功能分级.采用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析分析老年COPD患者SGRQ评分的影响因素.结果 147例(98.0%)患者完成调查,SGRQ总评分…查看全部>>
