新型树脂水门汀用于钴铬合金马里兰桥修复单颗牙缺失12例临床疗效观察
Clinical effect of a new type resin cement on restoring single tooth loss with cobalt-chromium alloy resin-bonded bridge: an observation on 12 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the short-term clinical effect of a new type resin cement on restoring single tooth loss with cobalt-chromium alloy resin-bonded bridge.Methods Twelve patients with single tooth loss were selected.The cobalt-chromium alloy resin-bonded bridges were used to restore the missing teeth.After try-in,RelyXTM Ultimate was applied to adhere the resin-bonded bridge and the abutments.Results The mean survival period of 12 dentures was 12 months,and the maximum was 18 months.Only one denture was debonded,and it has been resumed well after rebonding.No gingivitis or secondary caries was found in all of the abutments.Conclusion The new type resin cement shows favorable short-term clinical effect on restoring single tooth loss,with reliable bonding effect and easy operating steps.However,further observation is still needed to ascertain its long-term clinical effect.关键词
