足月新生儿类早产儿视网膜病变的临床分析
The clinic characteristics and prognosis of retinopathy in term infant
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinic characteristics and prognosis of retinopathy in term infant, cause eye doctor to understand the retinopathy.Methods Analysis 3800 term infants which born in November of 2012 ～ 2013 in our hospital , exam the fundus.Results 46 cases had retinopathy,refer to ROP, 1 phase of boundary lesions had 15 cases, 2 phase of crest retina pathological changes had 25 cases, 3 phase of retinal vascular anomalies had 6 cases. In addition to the 12 cases were lost to follow-up, the rest of the 34 cases were followed up to complete retinal vascular, crest disorders (partial or complete subsidise, hyperplasia of abnormal blood vessels.Conclusion Resemble ROP is a retinopathy which happend in full-term newborns ,is a kind of self-healing diseases,the prognosis is good and no bad complications.关键词
