Abstract
Objective To ifnd out the the distribution of the refraction for preschoolers in Huli district and explore the law of refractive development for preschoolers.Methods 1580 childrens (3160 eyes) aged from 6 month to 6-years-old were examined with Suresight vision screening device in Xiamen Huli District Maternity and Child Care Hospital. And the data is ananlyzed statistically.Results The children aged from 6 month to 6-year-old spherical lens dioptre drop down from +1.69DS to +0.25DS. Cylindrical lens dioptre drop down from -1.13DC to -0.51DC. P75 drop down from -1.75DC to -0.75DC, P95 drop down from -2.25DC to -1.50DC.Conclusions 0～6 year-old cylindrical lens drop down slowly per year. 0～4 years-old basic physiological hyperopia is stable, but drop down obviously per year after the age of 4. Prompt children refractive status tends to zero, even the myopia.关键词
