白介素-8、超敏C-反应蛋白及血管性假血友病因子联合检测在冠心病患者中的应用
Application of combined detections of IL-8, hs-CRP and vWF for patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical significance of interleukin-8(IL-8), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and von Willebrand factor(vWF) in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods: 60 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into three observation groups: stable angina pectoris(SAP) group(n=12), unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group(n=24) and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group(n=24). Besides, 30 healthy persons were divided into the control group. After venous blood of every person were collected, chemiluminiscence method was applied to detect IL-8, the scattering turbidimetry was applied to detect hs-CRP, and immunoturbidimetry was applied to detect plasma vWF. The results of IL-8, hs-CRP and vWF among different groups were compared and analyzed.Results: The results of IL-8, hs-CRP and vWF in SAP group were 34.85pg/mL, 0.95mg/dL and 149.6％, respectively. And these indicators were 68.45pg/mL, 2.3mg/dL and 187.45％, respectively, in UAP group. And in AMI group, these indicators were 133pg/mL, 3mg/dL and 213.55％, respectively. While in control group, these indicators were 6.5pg/mL, 0.015mg/dL and 52.8％, respectively. The differences of IL-8, hs-CRP and vWF between each observation group and control group were statistically significant(Z=-4.395,Z=-5.179,Z=-5.012;Z=-6.219,Z=-6.363,Z=-6.267;Z=-6.271,Z=-6.363, Z=-6.267;P<0.01), respectively. And the differences of IL-8 and hs-CRP between SAP group and UAP group were statistically significant(Z=-2.450,Z=-3.105;P<0.05), respectively. The differences of IL-8, hs-CRP and vWF between SAP group and AMI group were statistically significant(Z=-4.632, Z=-4.214,Z=-2.953;P<0.05). And the difference of IL-8 between UAP group and AMI group was statistically significant(Z=-3.64,P<0.01).Conclusion: IL-8, hs-CRP and vWF are closely related to the happen and development of coronary heart disease, respectively, and all of them are related to the severity of the lesion.关键词
