我国红豆杉药材人工培植研究及思考
Research and Reflection on Artificial Cultivation of Taxus Spp. in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the artificial cultivation of Taxus Spp. medicinal resources and production capacity status of taxinol in China. Methods Through the literature search, the information provided by the industry and the way of network retrieval, the infor-mations of the cultivation base of Taxus Spp. were obtained, and the field investigation was conducted according to the collected infor-mations. Results Field investigations were conducted on 57 artificial cultivation bases of Taxus Spp. and factories in 13 provinces and cities, including Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou, Fujian, Zhejiang provinces and etc. The artificial cultivation bases were distributed in the eastern, southeast and southwest of China. The main varieties were Taxus media and Taxus chinensis, the main raising seedling models were seedling cultivation and cottage, the main business model was seedlings sold. Conclusion The enterprises mainly extract the precursor of taxinol for export, no manufacturers for producing total synthesis of taxinol were found. Therefore, taxinol and its preparations in the market will still depend on the extraction of Taxus Spp. .关键词
