摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of matrin, oxymatrine, sophocarpine and oxysopho-carpine in Radix et Rhizoma Sophorae tonkinensis. Methods The Agilent Zorbax SB C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted with methanol ( A ) -0. 2% phosphoric acid solution ( B ) ( adjusted pH=5. 0 by triethylamine ) as mobile phase in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min and detection wavelength was 215 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear ranges of ma-trin, oxymatrine, sophocarpine and oxysophocarpine were 31. 40-2910. 47 μg/mL, 28. 70-164. 53 μg/mL, 50. 16-813. 43 μg/mL, 71. 43-4300. 00 μg/mL ( r≥0. 9990 ) , the average percentages of recovery were in the range of 100. 41% to 101. 23% with the RSD between 1. 82% to 2. 16% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and repeatable. The content of 4 alkaloids in different habitats is different, and the content of four alkaloids in geo-authentic habitats of Radix et Rhizoma Sophorae tonkinensis was relatively high.
