中空纤维离心超滤法研究乙醇对氨茶碱游离药物浓度的影响
Effects of Alcohol on Free Drug Concentration of Aminophylline by Hollow Fiber Centrifugal Ultrafiltration

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of alcohol on free drug concentration of aminophylline. Methods Hollow fiber centrifugal ultrafiltration ( HFCF-UF ) combined with HPLC was adopted to determine the free drug concentration of aminophylline. The difference in free concentration before and after alcohol adding into the plasma was further compared to explore the impact on it of different alcohol concentrations. Results The free drug concentration of aminophylline increased with the addition of alcohol, meanwhile, there was a linear relationship between it and the alcohol concentration in plasma. Conclusion The addition of ethanol may affect the binding rate of aminophylline and plasma proteins in plasma, increase the free drug concentration, and prone to side effects and toxicity.关键词
