高效液相色谱法测定肝炎康胶囊中槲皮素含量
Content Determination of Quercetin in Ganyankang Capsules by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of quercetin in Ganyankang Capsules. Methods The Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 1％H3PO4 ( 53 :47 ) at flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm, the injection volume was 5 μL. Results The linear range of quercetin was 3. 7-236. 8 μg/mL ( r=0. 9999 ) with an average recovery of 99. 79％ , RSD=0. 82％ ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is accurate, specific and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of quercetin in Ganyankang Capsules.关键词
