摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish an accurate and convenient method for content determination of acrivastine. Methods The potentio-metric titration was performed with KEM AT610 potentiometric titrator and KEM C-173 electrode using 30 mL glacial acetic acid as solvent. Results The sudden change of titration end point was significant, the reproducibility was good ( RSD=0. 12%, n=6 ) , the linear range of acrivastine was 0. 012-0. 144 g ( r=1. 000 ) . Conclusion The non-aqueous potentiometric titration method is simple and rapid, and it can be used for the determination of acrivastine.
