摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone combined with mild hypothermia on level of oxidative stress and recovery of neurological function in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Totally 106 patients with severe craniocerebral injury ad-mitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 53 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional intervention, on the basis of this, the control group was treated with edaravone, while the experimental group was treated with edaravone combined with mild hypothermia. Results After treatment, the IL-10 and SOD-1 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of IL-6, MDA, and scores of neurological impairment were lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The recovery rate and the mortality rate of the experimental group were 54. 72% and 3. 77%, which was better than 33. 96%, 15. 09% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Edaravone combined with mild hypothermia in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury can reduce the inflammatory reaction, correct the level of oxidative stress and improve the neurological function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
