摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing Injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of severe pneu-monia. Methods A total of 36 patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 18 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics, the treatment group was treated with Xuebijing Injection combined with antibiotics. After 2 weeks of continuous treatment, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were com-pared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 44％, which was significantly higher than 66. 67％ of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The white blood cell counts ( WBC ) , carbon dioxide partial pressure ( PCO2 ) , partial pressure of oxygen ( PO2 ) between the two groups were significantly different ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Xuebijing Injection combined with antibiotics in the treatment of severe pneumonia can improve the pulmonary function, reduce inflammatory factor in serum, and it has high curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
